Clay
20 lbs. Recycled Clay
Only purchase recycled if you are a new beginner student registered in either a beginner or new level class. Your teacher will give you your tool kit (available below) and your clay the first day of your class. (Right now we have no recycled clay for outside people. or returning students) If you want soft clay,we recommend buying speckle buff. The easiest way to soften it is to add one cup of water to the bag, then put it in another clay bag, submerge your clay in a 5 gallon bucket so it is completely covered with water, until it is as soft as you want it (usually 24 hours) This is the easiest way to soften clay!!!!
Clay 25 lbs. (Speckle Buff, B-Mix, B-Mix with Grog, SB Red)
Also Cone 10 clays available at 23rd St - Rods Bod, 389, 398, Black Mountain & more
If you want any of these clays as soft as our recycled clay you can
add one cup of water to your bag of clay, double bag and totally submerge in water for a day (or til it is as soft as you like it). This is the easiest way to soften clay.
